Yes. All three villas are located directly on a quiet, sandy beach in Halkidiki. There is no road or obstruction — just a few steps from your door to the sea.

Is the beach private?

By law, all beaches in Greece are public. However, Develikia Private Villas’ beach is naturally secluded and only accessible on foot, through a 500m stretch of sand. This ensures near-complete privacy for our guests, even in peak season.

How many people can each villa accommodate?

Villa 1: up to 12 guests Villa 2: up to 8 guests Villa 3: up to 9 guests Occupancy includes adults and children over the age of 3.

Do you offer direct booking?

Do the villas have private pools?

No. With the sea just meters from your villa, we’ve chosen to keep the focus on nature. The beach is your pool — clear, calm, and nearly private.

Is breakfast or catering available?

Our villas are self-catered. Still, guests can enjoy private chef services or local meal deliveries, pre-arranged upon request.

Is Develikia family-friendly?

Yes. Our villas are ideal for families, offering spacious indoor and outdoor areas, calm waters, and optional child amenities such as baby beds (upon request).

Are pets allowed?

We love welcoming pets — as long as they’re well-behaved, not left unattended, and their owners clean up after them. Just let us know before arrival so we can make sure everything is ready.

How far is Develikia from Thessaloniki Airport?

Approximately 120 km (about 1 hour and 45 minutes by car). We can arrange private transfers upon request.

What nearby destinations can we visit?

Guests can explore Mount Athos (from a distance), Ammouliani Island, the Drenia Islets, Ouranoupoli village, and local wineries or hiking trails — all within close reach.
